The Haywood Senior Democrats welcome all Democrats over 50 to join us. We encourage senior Democrats to have an active interest in governmental affairs and to support the issues and candidates that promote democratic ideals. We strive to promote equal justice, and the welfare and happiness of the people of our county, state, and country. Follow us on Facebook! Young Democrats
The Haywood County Young Democrats is an official chapter of the Young Democrats of North Carolina.

Membership is open to any registered Democrat under the age of 36, but we are also a place for those who feel in-between Youthful and not so anymore. The Young Democrats of Haywood County seek to create a community that gives a space for those to speak and a forum for those to listen so that we may be civically educated just as much as we are active. And through our action we seek to grow in our responsibility and encouragement of those in our community.

LGBTQ+

As some of you already know, Haywood County has set up a new LGBTQ+ group. We have had 2 small meetings and have been able to elect 3 officers so far. We are inviting you all to join us in this new exciting group that will look at ways to improve the LGBTQ+ community in Haywood County. Our next Meeting will be on Tuesday September 2nd at 6:30 pm at Haywood Democratic Headquarters. Please tell your friends and supporters to join us.
